Who we are
Ezi Niaga Consultancy (registration NS0274004-A), trading as Eziniaga, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@eziniaga.com or at our registered office in Kuala Lumpur. This notice is written to meet Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Plans and payment: your name, email address, optional phone and company, and the plan you choose. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never seen or stored by us. We keep Stripe's reference numbers and the status of your plan.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the service you ask about.
- To set up and bill your plan, send receipts, and tell you about changes to it.
- To send our newsletter, if you have asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep accounts and records as the law requires, and to protect the site and our customers.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, our email provider for sending messages, and our hosting provider. Google Fonts loads the website's fonts from Google when you visit, which means your IP address reaches Google. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and newsletter sign-ups for as long as they are useful to us, and remove them when you ask us to, unless we must keep them by law. Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as Malaysian tax and accounting law requires.
Cookies
The website itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to marketing, and ask us to stop using your data for a purpose you have objected to. Email support@eziniaga.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to our team and protected by login. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your information has been misused.
Children
The website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
